ICOs and token sales have taken the world by storm in the last few months, with over $600m raised in July alone. Digital tokens offer a new and better way to fund enterprise and innovation. In this talk Adam Cleary of ICO advisory firm, Novasset, will set out the rationale for ICOs and the dramatic transformation he expects tokens to create in the New Digital World. However, the land-grab is certainly not without risk and, with the SEC firing a rather pragmatic shot across the bow of the industry this week, Adam will also share his thoughts regarding what both founders and investors need to consider if they want to avoid being burned along the way.
About Adam
Adam is Head of Structuring and Operations for Novasset, a London based group focused on structuring and distributing ICOs. Adam has been involved in the digital currency ecosystem since 2013 as an investor and entrepreneur. Adam is also the CEO of Cavenham Capital Limited, an investment management firm regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, based in London, which he founded in 2005.
